Production capacities - pressure casting

We dispose of 3,800 m2 of production surfaces, 3 melting furnaces, and 7 casting machines with which we provide annual casting of 1,000 tons of aluminium castings, with the weigh from 0.01 kg on.

Melting furnaces

There are 3 melting furnaces in our foundry, the biggest of which has the capacity of 2,000 kg/h. Besides this we have also 6 maintenance furnaces and the "degas" machine, which prepares material for production.

Pressure casting machines

There are 7 pressure casting machines for light metals, 3 of which equipped with a robot, and 6 with the trimming presses. The majority of pressure casting machines are automated.

• 1 pressure casting machine - 160 tons of closing force,
• 1 pressure casting machine - 280 tons of closing force,
• 2 pressure casting machines - 400 tons of closing force,
• 1 pressure casting machine - 460 tons of closing force (automated cell),
• 1 pressure casting machine - 580 tons of closing force (automated cell),
• 1 pressure casting machine - 850 tons of closing force (automated cell).
  

All the casting machines have total monthly capacity of 360,000 of castings. All machines are also equipped with the trimming appliance.
